Do you handle small subdivisions (e.g., splitting one lot into two)?

Yes. While we manage large estates, we also have the agility to handle smaller residential lot splits, managing the driveway formation, service connections, and drainage required for 224c certification.

Can you install the power and fibre ducting?

Yes. We manage the "common services trench," installing ducting for power, telecommunications, and fibre alongside the water reticulation to ensure the site is fully serviced and ready for title.

Do you take care of council compliance and testing?

Absolutely. We manage the full Quality Assurance (QA) process, including compaction testing (NDM), pressure testing for pipes, and CCTV inspections, providing all necessary as-built documentation for council sign-off.

What if the ground is soft or contaminated?

We have extensive experience with ground improvement. We can remediate contaminated soil (removing it to our own consented facility) and use geogrids or engineered fill to stabilise soft ground, ensuring solid building platforms.

Do you construct the final roading and footpaths?

Yes. We act as the head contractor for the civil works, delivering the full roading package including kerb and channel, asphalt or chipseal surfacing, and concrete footpaths to council standards.
