Works Description
A civil construction project for the Beach Grove Residential Development. The project requires extensive ground improvement, flood mitigation, and interfacing with critical infrastructure. PSE has managed over 469,000m3 of earthworks and 240,150m3 of imported fill, alongside 16.5km of three-waters infrastructure. A major component was the 865m realignment of the McIntosh Drain to enhance ecological and flood management functions.
