From small to medium size projects, they hae delivered quality work and have always been proactive in completing the works timeously, while finding solutions to prevent cost overruns. FAQ

Have questions about our commercial services? Here are the answers to the most common things clients want to know before work begins.

Is PSE pre-qualified for government and council work?

Yes. We hold SiteWise Gold, Tōtika registration, and are pre-qualified for physical works with NZTA and various regional councils.

Do you own your machinery or rely on rentals?

Unlike many contractors, 100% of our plant and equipment is owned by PSE. This guarantees responsive mobilisation, optimal productivity, and eliminates project delays caused by rental availability.

Do you provide Main Contractor services?

Yes. With our vertically integrated capabilities, we frequently act as the Head or Principal Contractor. We provide a single point of contact, coordinating all civil works, subcontractors, and utility providers through every stage of delivery.

What health and safety certifications do you hold?

Safety is our absolute priority. We hold ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification, SiteWise Gold, Tōtika, and Impac PREQUAL registrations. We are also pre-qualified for physical works with NZTA (Waka Kotahi) and various regional councils.

Do you recycle construction and demolition waste?

Yes. Materials such as concrete, metal, timber, and asphalt are separated and recycled wherever possible, reducing landfill and promoting resource reuse.
