Works Description
Working with South Base, PSE delivered extensive site preparation for this greenfields site. Works included 10,000m3 of topsoil stripping and 16,800m3 of imported AP65 fill. The civil package covered 2,440m of uPVC and PE piping for potable water, fire sprinklers, and drainage, along with extensive utility trenching and high-quality landscaping for sports fields.

Comprehensive Utilities
Over 2.4km of three-waters piping, plus extensive power and ICT trenching networks.
Campus Landscaping
