Works Description
Delivery of civil and landscaping works for 28 apartments, 42 care units, and 20 dementia units. Scope included 16,244 cu.m of earthworks, 5,492 cu.m of imported fill, and 2,211 lin.m of three-waters services. Hard landscaping included 9,917 sq.m of internal roading and 1,630 sq.m of reinforced concrete, followed by the planting of 5,387 plants.
