Works Description
Engaged by Fletcher Living, this mixed-use project includes extensive earthworks, full three-waters reticulation, road formation, and stormwater management. The project involves stripping over 25,000m3 of topsoil, handling 3,030m3 of contaminated soil, and a full roading package including 8,500m2 of AP65 subbase.
Contaminated Soil Management
Safe removal, off-site cartage, and approved reuse of 3,030m3 of contaminated soil within the SMA and Day's Drain zones.
Bulk Earthworks
Stripping over 25,000m3 of topsoil, reworking 13,000m3 as engineered fill, and importing 12,800m3 of certified fill.
Roading & Pavements
Full roading package including geotextile base prep, AP65 subbase, M4 basecourse, and over 5,000m2 of asphalt.
