Mark Rogers
Mark is the Chief Executive Officer across the Paul Smith Earthmoving group of companies and comes with a background of over 15 years in the contracting industry. Mark has experience with governance, management, finance and field operations. Mark is responsible for leading the review, maintenance and implementation of the Statement of Intent, Strategic Plan, Risk Management Plan and Business Plans in consultation with the Board of Directors. He also leads and manages all aspects of the Paul Smith Earthmoving business to deliver short and long term performance in line with Board level strategy. Mark is a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Management, a Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, Chairman of the Board for the Timaru District Council CCO of Aoraki Development & Promotions Limited, a Director on the Board of Dunedin International Airport Limited and a Ministerial Appointment on the South Canterbury District Health Board.

Tony Moir
Tony holds directorships across the Paul Smith Earthmoving group of companies and has over 35 years’ experience in the construction, building and civil industry. Tony has run successful businesses for over 20 years in Australia and New Zealand. In addition to his directorship duties, Tony’s management focus is on the procurement and operations of domestic, building, farm, forestry and commercial works. These can range in scope from smaller scale residential projects to full subdivisions, cover both in-house and engineer designed jobs, and include charge-up, quotes and scheduled works.

Bruce Tinnelly 
Bruce holds directorships across the Paul Smith Earthmoving group of companies and has over 30 years’ experience in the civil and construction industry. Bruce was previously the Operations Manager (Construction) for SICON Ltd before which he worked on various large civil contracts in New Zealand and Australia. In addition to his directorship duties, Bruce is responsible operationally for the procurement and operations of the larger civil and farm contracts, predominantly tendered and scheduled in nature, which the company undertakes.

David Fehl
David is a director of Paul Smith Earthmoving and Civil Ltd, our North Island based business. With over 20 years’ experience in the engineering and construction field David brings major project and tendering experience to the business. In previous roles David has worked as a Design Engineer for subdivision, drainage and structural works with Truebridge Callender Beach, as a Project Engineer and Project Manager for major civil engineering projects with Fletcher Construction. In recent times David has successfully lead Fletcher business units and major infrastructure tenders. David’s role at Paul Smith Earthmoving is to grow and manage the North Island business.
