Staff Profiles

Tony Moir - Company Director - Project Manager
Tony has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. Tony is the joint company manager of Paul Smith Earthmoving and is mainly responsible for the Project Management of the company's residential projects.  Tony will supervise up to 12 projects at any one time and has full control of these projects, for the client this allows them to have one point of contact where everything from permits, drainage etc is all taken care of for them.
 
Bruce Tinnelly - Company Director - Project Manager
Bruce has over 25 years in the civil and construction industry and is mainly responsible for the larger projects and is involved from tendering through to delivery and completion, this ensures that successful tenders lead to successful contracts, ensuring we maintain that long term relationship with our clients.
 
Graham Cadigan - General Manager - Manager of Contracts 
Graham has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, over this time he has been in the position of Site Manager, Project Manager for a large company and now works alongside of Bruce during the tendering process and manages the documentation control through out the contracts.

Barry Mawhinney - Project Manager
Barry has been in the civil and construction industry for over 15 years and is responsible for maintaining and supervising larger projects such as subdivisions and roading contracts. Barry also has STMS qualification and is mainly responsible for traffic management within the Company.
 
Brendan Lysaght - Transport Manager
Brendan has over 17 years experience within the transport industry and is responsible for the logistics of the trucks in this very busy company. Brendan also inducts new employees to the Company and is also responsible for applying and obtaining resource consents for metal extraction from the regions rivers.
